Why my personal emails cannot reach my child's school email inbox?

For the students safety, and privacy students email accounts can only communicate with email addresses under the same domain, reedschools.org.

Alternative Solution : One could be for the parent or guardian to log onto the child's email account itself, so that way can read/send/provide files to their account.
