How to access ALMA as a student.

How to Access Alma
The above video will show you how to access ALMA and connect it to your Google account.
Following is a transcript (modified for clarity) of the instructions in the video:
If you've never logged into ALMA before, do not use the “Sign in with Google” button.
Instead, go into your RUSD student email, and you will have an activation email that comes from ALMA that allows you to activate your account.
It contains a link for you, and also your username.
Click on the link and you will be sent to the screen in ALMA that allows you to create your password (we encourage you to use the same password that you are using for Google.)
Make sure that you remember your password. You can temporarily write it down somewhere, because you're going to need it for the next step.
The next step will take you to the screen where you will enter your username and your newly created password. Then, hit the “Login in” button.
Then, you're in!
Now, the FIRST thing you need to do if you're a student, is to CONNECT this to your student Google account.
To do this, go to the top right hand corner, and click on the circular icon that has your initials.
In the dropdown list, click on “Connected Accounts”.
It will take you to a page with a green button that says “Connect Account” - click on it.
On the next page, click on your school Google account.
If it's not signed in, go ahead and sign in.
Once you've connected your account, the next time you have to log into ALMA, now you can go ahead and use that blue “Sign in with Google” button on the log in screen that we mentioned before at the start of these instructions.
Please watch the video above to see this process demonstrated for you step-by-step.
